Our company started to manufacture earphone and headphone ear-pads in 1978 in Hong Kong. In 1985, we made our first move into China as a subcontractor with 120 workers in Shunde. In 1990, we set up our plant in Chengan, Dongguan with 350 workers and 3,500 square meters of floor area. In 1995, we moved into our present facility in Xingji Industrial Area near Dongguan City with about 10,000 square meters of production area and an additional 3,000 square meters designated as living quarters for our workers. In the meantime, the scope of our production has expanded considerably. We now assemble headphones, earphones, small loudspeakers, other audio accessories and various OEM products. We also make mylar speakers, ear-pads, cables and plugs, as well as plastic and metal parts using our own plastic injection machines and metal work. All in all, we now have a 1,000-strong work force and produce about one million units of headphones and earphones per month.
